"With the Lord a day is like a thousand years and a thousand years are like a day. The Lord is not dlow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. #2Peter3:8-9
God is a promise keeper but I often am not patient to wait for Him to fulfill His promises.
God's timing is different with hours. He sees "kairos" - the best time to fulfill His promises and His "slowness" is actually his blessings for humnity so that human can listen to him and repent.
Fors us/ me is a chance to live holy and godly lives each and every time. God knows we might fail that is why He gives us time to re-try and to re-learn how to be his faithful disciple.
Prayer: May we appreciate your "slowness" and understand the blessings behind it. When we are facing the pain of life, make us understand how you give us time to win the battle and to experience you more. Teach us to share your love and salvation to people around us. Give us courage and bravery to sacrifice our own comfort so that your TIME will come soon. Amen
